In-stock items: Delivered within 2-7 days of order receipt

Pre-order items:

  • Orders received by noon two business days prior to the release date will be delivered on the release date.
  • Orders placed after the above will be delivered within 2 to 7 days after the release date.

*If your order is placed by noon two business days before the release date, we will prepare for delivery on the release date.
*Delivery may be delayed due to distant areas, natural disasters, or road conditions.
*Arrival may also be delayed due to delivery areas, disasters, or outbreaks of infectious diseases.

[Overseas Shipping]

Normally, it takes 2 to 8 days for delivery after shipment is completed. This does not apply to some remote areas. Please check with the shipping company for details.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

We do not accept any changes, returns/refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of orders for customer convenience.
Please carefully check the order details before placing your order.

For customers outside of Japan:
Except for the following products and unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations (such as EU/UK 14-day return right), please contact us using our inquiry form. Return shipping and related costs are borne by the customer.

  • Products that have been used once
  • Products damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products with lost or damaged packages (bag, case, etc.)
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

If the product is returned due to moving, incorrect address, long-term absence, or non-payment of customs duties, we will not cancel or reship unless otherwise specified.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all fees. Please confirm your shipping address and estimated shipping date before purchase.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to these reasons.

If the reason is caused by our company (e.g., damaged/defective products):
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your name, contact info, order number, item name, and reason.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be borne by us.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted if:

  • Products have been used for more than 8 days after delivery
  • Products have been used once
  • Products damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products with lost or damaged packages (bag, case, etc.)

If we cannot secure a replacement due to out-of-stock or discontinued products, we may cancel and refund your order.
