Member Registration

Welcome to the SEKAI NO OWARI official store, brought to you by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE.
To shop with us, please complete the free member registration.


How to Register

Before you register, please set your email to accept messages from @service.sekainoowari.jp to ensure you receive registration and verification emails.

  1. Click the "My Page" icon at the top right of the homepage. (Screenshots are provided on the site to assist you.)
  2. Enter your email address (this will be your member ID) and click "submit".
  3. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email address.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to complete your registration.

※ The 6-digit code is valid for 15 minutes only. If it expires, please request a new code.
※ A password is not required for registration.
※ If you do not receive the code, please check your spam or trash folders, and ensure the above email is not blocked.

After completing these steps, your shipping and contact information provided during purchase will be saved to your member profile. You can always view and update this on "My Page".


Shopping Flow

※ To purchase from SEKAI NO OWARI official store, you must register and log in before shopping.

  1. Browse and select items, then click "Add to cart". When ready, click "Check out".
  2. Click "Buy it now" to proceed directly to checkout for a single item.
  3. Enter your email address to log in or register if you haven't already.
  4. On the cart page, confirm the titles, quantities, etc., then click "Check out" to proceed.
  5. Enter your shipping address and payment method.
  6. Review all details and click "Pay Now" to complete your order.

※ Screens shown may vary depending on your device and operating environment. 
※ Adding items to your cart does not secure the stock: Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.
※ All items in an order will be shipped together on the latest available shipping date.
※ If you want pre-order and regular items shipped separately, please order them separately.
※ Shipping fees will be added to the total amount after entering your address and are displayed on the checkout screen.
※ Please check your local regulations for import restrictions and customs before ordering.
※ DVDs and Blu-ray Discs are region-locked (Japan: DVD region 2, Blu-ray region A). Please confirm compatibility with your player.


Order Information Submission

To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your shipping details (name, address, contact info) accurately.

  • For international shipping, please enter your address using single-byte alphanumeric (half-width English) characters.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address after ordering. Please set your email to accept messages from @service.sekainoowari.jp.
  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Double-check before confirming.
  • We do not accept cancellation, refund, or reshipment if undeliverable due to incorrect address, relocation, absence, or unpaid customs duties. We are not liable for lost packages due to these reasons.
  • Incorrect address details may significantly delay your order. Please ensure your address is accurate.

Shipping Fees

Your items will be shipped directly from Japan. Available shipping fees will be shown based on your cart and address.


Domestic Shipping within Japan

Flat rate shipping JPY 550 (tax included) per order.
Free shipping for orders over JPY 2,500 (tax included, excluding shipping fee)

  • The order amount refers to the total price (including tax).

About Individual Shipping Fees:
Some products have specific individual shipping fees, regardless of the total amount. When ordering both types, all applicable shipping fees will be added. Please check the product page for details.

  • If the order total is less than JPY 2,500, the standard shipping fee (JPY 550) and the individual shipping fees are added.
  • If the order total is JPY 2,500 or more, only the individual shipping fees are added.

Other Notes

  • Depending on the payment method, a handling fee may apply in addition to shipping.
  • Delivery is made by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
  • The shipping company is automatically determined and cannot be selected.

Order Tracking

You can track your order via the "Parcel Inquiry Service" link in your "Shipment Completion" email by entering your "Inquiry Number".
You can also check shipping details and estimated dates from "My Page" > "Orders" after logging in.

  • Scheduled shipping date: Planned date for dispatch
  • Inquiry number: Tracking number for your parcel

International Shipping

Carriers: DHL
Shipping fee: Depends on carrier and destination. Prices are shown during checkout.

  • A signature may be required at delivery. If absent, a notice will be left or redelivery arranged.
  • If you do not receive a "Shipment Completion" email, please contact the carrier directly.

Addresses must be entered in English.

All items in an order are shipped together based on the latest available date.
If the delivery destination is outside Japan, orders and sales will be processed through the cross-border e-commerce service “Global-e.”
Some items may not be shippable to certain countries or regions.
Orders may be cancelled due to shipping complications or global conditions, even after confirmation.

  • atone (Pay Next Month – Convenience Store / Bank Account Transfer) 
    This is a convenient and rewarding deferred payment service that does not require a credit card and allows you to earn points. 
    Accumulated points can be used for purchases with atone.
    ■ How to Use
    (1) Select “atone (Pay Next Month - Convenience Store / Bank Account Transfer)“ as your payment method and enter your mobile phone number and password.
    (2) Enter the verification code sent via SMS and complete your purchase.
    (3) You will receive a billing notification via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
    (4) Make your payment by the due date.

  • Deferred Payment (Convenience Store / Bank ATM)
    A safe and easy deferred payment option that allows you to pay at a convenience store or via bank ATM after completing your order.
    Only a mobile phone number and email address are required.
    ■ Payment Flow
    On the day after your order is confirmed, you will receive a payment number via email and SMS.
    Please complete your payment at a convenience store or bank ATM (Pay-easy) within 10 days.

    Spending limit varies depending on usage 
    Fee: JPY 209 (tax included) 
    Payment must be made within 10 days after order confirmation 
    No atone membership registration required (please refer to the official atone website for details)

※ Depending on the product or timing of your order, you may receive the billing before the product is delivered.
 Mobile carrier payment, PayPay, atone (Pay Next Month – Convenience Store / Bank Account Transfer), and Deferred Payment (Convenience Store / Bank ATM) are only available to residents of Japan.
※ Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.


[International Shipping] Payment Method 

If the delivery address is outside Japan, orders and sales will be processed through the cross-border e-commerce service “Global-e”. In this case, the seller will be Global-e, not our company.
Over 150 payment methods are available worldwide, allowing international customers to purchase items using their preferred local payment options.
You may also choose to prepay customs duties and taxes at checkout. These charges are calculated at the time of purchase and added to the total order amount, rather than being collected upon delivery.
Available payment methods vary depending on the destination country. Please check the checkout screen for details.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We do not accept changes, returns/refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of orders for customer convenience.
Please carefully check the title, artist, tracks, player requirements, size, color, quantity, and specifications before ordering.

However, for customers outside Japan, if separately applicable laws and regulations require otherwise, and the requirements are met within the specified period (EU and UK: within 14 days after receipt), please contact us via the specified inquiry form. The customer will bear the shipping and other return costs in such cases.
Returns are not accepted for:
・Products that have been used
・Products damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products with lost or damaged packaging
・Products not eligible for return due to their nature

Cancellations or reshipments for returns due to address errors, relocation, long absence, unpaid customs, etc., are not accepted unless otherwise specified by us. In these cases, the customer is responsible for product price, shipping, and handling fees. Please check your shipping address and estimated shipping date before ordering.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to these reasons.

If the reason is due to our company (damaged or defective product, etc.), we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days from delivery.
Please contact customer service with your name, contact info, order number, returned item, and reason. We will provide instructions for return/exchange.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to our company’s fault will be borne by us.

※ We cannot accept returns/exchanges (even if our fault) in the following cases:
・More than 8 days have passed since delivery
・Product has been used
・Product damaged/soiled by customer
・Lost or damaged packaging

If a replacement cannot be arranged due to out-of-stock/discontinuation, we may cancel and refund your order.
